Hi All, I've had a Squeezebox2 for some years now and am now having issues maintaining a connection via wireless with WPA security.
I upgraded several months ago to a Billion 7404VGP ADLS/router/VOIP device and have noticed problems since then. What happens is a song will be playing, the screen goes blank for several seconds and then kicks back in. Meantime the music stops then it will restart. The router has the firewall disabled and I have forwarded the ports as required. I do not have this problem if I connect the SB2 to the Squeeze Network (currently playing it now for 15 mins or more without issue), it only occurs when I play my local files off my laptop's external hard drive and this will hapen every 2-3 minutes. I think it may be the Billion causing the problem but for the life of me I cannot work out what I may be missing. Does anyone else have a SB running with a Billion router? Any advice?
