to explain a little further, the receiver does not show up on the devices list of my router but i can see the controller. the controller is just being set up (after factory reset) it gets as far as the choose player screen but as the receiver / player is not listed here i cant go any further. The receiver led is slowly flashing red and it makes no difference on how long i hold the button down the speed of the flashing does not change. (so factory reset of the receiver does not seem to be working). i will be calling the support line tomorrow but has anyone have any ideas of what might be up??
