The brand and logo issue is a minor gripe, to be sure. :) The Logitech purchase of SD is a very smart move on their part. With the help of SD innovative products and streaming/server software we all hope the Logitech name becomes as serious a name in audio as Apple is. But it's the interim period that might be a bit awkward. Imagine if Microsoft or IBM had purchased SD? Both well respected industry leaders in the computer realm like Logitech, but neither would be taken very seriously for audio purposes initially. In time a device by any name (Microsoft, IBM, Logitech, Fisher Price) would be taken seriously in any circles if they kept the quality and innovation over an extended period of time. -- toby10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51752 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
