ok, im from the uk and have a problem with my duet receiver, ive tried to call the support line but there is a pre recorded message saying that they are closed for the holidays. Being from the UK im unaware of any holiday at this time and wonder how long the holiday will be? Is it thanksgiving in america? how long does this last i.e when can i get support for the duet because at the moment ive paid a lot of money for a useless bit of black plastic.
