It seems you can get detectors, but their accuracy is questionable. I think unless the door or door seal is broken, there shouldn't be any harmful leakage. Anything I read on interference issues suggested distancing the equipment from the oven. Apparently the interference levels drop quite dramatically as you move away from the oven.
