I've got a SB3 which has been working well for about a year. About 2 months ago I had a motherboard failure on my PC which served as my SqueezeCenter server. It's still out of commission as I'm trying to restore my RAID5 array (a long story). During this process I've just been enjoying using SqueezeNetwork and still enjoying my music.
In the meantime, I decided to buy a ReadyNAS NV+ to backup my PCs too (evidently a RAID5 array isn't as foolproof as I'd been led to believe it was) and also as a greener SqueezeCenter server. I've received the NAS, got it all setup, installed 1GB of memory and upgraded to SC7. I then used my laptop to rip some CDs to the ReadyNAS to try it out. I can play from my local library just great and all appears to be working fine. Then I decided to try to listen to internet radio. That is when I discovered that I cannot access anything other than my local library of music. I cannot access SqueezeNetwork at all (screen just goes black). I also cannot access any internet radio or services through SqueezeCenter (Connection timed out error). I've logged into my SqueezeNetwork account from my laptop and it indicates that it cannot find my SB3 player. I thought deleting it there might allow me to reset something, but that hasn't helped. I also can't set it up again because I don't know how to get my player's PIN. I don't know whether the problem is network, ReadyNAS or SC 7.2 related - My player reports firmware 112 (I've updated it today, I presume this is the current firmware) - I've double checked all network settings. One weird thing is my router reports the Subnet Mask should be 255.255.255.192. If I set the SB3 to this I cannot connect to my wireless network. If I set Subnet Mask on the SB3 to 255.255.255.000 it works fine.
