I wonder if someone else can confirm this.  It seems that including a
period in the directory name (2, in this case), causes a problem in
reading the directory structure.  I get a "cannot open file" error when
trying to play a file (24 bit, 48khz .wav file).  If I remove the
periods from the directory name, the file plays fine.

Is this by design?  I'm still running the 6.1 beta, on Windows, and
using "Browse music folders" to find the music.

Ashton - please upgrade to 6.1.1 proper, and let me know if you still see this 
problem.

Are the two periods in the directory name at the beginning?

That has special meaning on non-Windows machines.
