It looks good on the Wii Opera Browser. On my Dell Axim (480x640 VGA portrait) a lot of the text in list is wrapped. Even if I switch to landscape it is wrapped. Still it has the Add Next" option so I prefer it over the Handheld skin.
Do you plan to add icons for the Play, Add, Next, Up, Down, Delete links?
