Please file a bug on that UI issue at bugs.slimdevices.com.

Shameless plug: one feature of SyncOptions (see below) is a system-wide
setting to remove a player from a sync group when it powers off, so a
newly powered-up player won't start playing another Squeeezebox's
playlist. Just another of my
wouldn't-it-be-nice-if-the-system-would-... plugins. :-)
