Is it possible to manually flash firmware for my SB Duet controller, probably by using SD card? As stated in my other threads, something wrong with my controller. It can connect to wireless network, to my ReadyNAS music folder, but whenever I click "Choose player", the white icon keeps circling endlessly. If I chose "Software Update", it says there is an update, but unable to load it, even though the network signal is very strong. By the way, is it possible to RM my controller for an exchange? TIA.
