If you are truly not able to make any use of it, please return it to Logitech for proper disposal. It should not be made into a youtube video and sent to landfill. As a respectable EU-based company, I'm sure Logitech will support the proper management of the end of life for a part that was never intended for consumer use. As a Mountain View company, I'd expect they'd set an example for a US division. If not...well, I've already made my stance on another thread loosely in the name of recycling so if that doesn't get me banned, you can use my name as someone who will quit contributing if they refuse to take it back for proper disposal.
