I don't know if this is related to your issue but I know there are many instances of "another Slacker account already signed in" type messages frequently. A common example of this is being signed into SN and utilizing the SN UI (your computer) for Slacker station selection then output to your player (SB3, Duet, Boom, etc..). Slacker sees both (SN and your physical player) as two different devices and gives an error message because Slacker thinks you are trying to log in TWICE on two different "players". You could make sure you are signed out of any/all instances of Slacker (players, computers, SN) then try logging back in via your player.
