Emusic is also good for electronic, rock and indie, but not so much
chart stuff.

Re TescoDownloads, you can burn these to CD and then rerip them to
legitimately get around the DRM restrictions on the WMA files.  There
are programs which will semi-automate this process for you, however (at
least in the UK) they are very likely to be in technical breach of the
licencing restrictions placed on the files when you downloaded them. 
Google Soundtaxi or similar for details.
