Went back all the way to the earliest SC 7.2 build I was able to quickly find 23230 09/21/08 - Same issue - Xilink reset and factory reset the SB3 against both the SC 7.2 and 7.3 builds - No dice. When back to the earliest SC 7.3 build 23170 09/13/08 - Maybe next time. I sat and starting looking at the installation log of my SC server and noticed that I had installed MusicInfoSCR ver. 4.2.5 recently (Not the official relese... a version I found in a post somewhere) Went to back to MusicInfoSCR 4.2.0 - More of the same. Disabled the MusicInfoSCR Plugin... BINGO! The Slacker screen in the SB3 updates as expected. So, I guess the issue is with MusicInfoSCR plugin. toby10, are you using the MusicInfoSCR plugin?
