Thanks for the reply :) Wireless strength is rounghly the same and the file type doesn't seem to matter, I tried AppleLossless and FLAC. The files are hosted locally on a PC with Gigabit lan.
I also tried running the 'Lounge' on wired Lan with the same results. I will try and check the bitrate settings as you suggested and have logged a support ticket with Logitech.
