Since the Controller is a computer, maybe it has the same issues as laptops as to what 0% and 100% of battery really stand for. You could try charging the battery for a very long time, then completely depleting the battery, then charging it again completely. A pure suggestion. My battery life is not so great, but the reading is accurate.
