Are you in the UK, US or Germany? If not, you cannot yet use the built in Last.fm Audioscrobber plugin (it is only licenced for those countries) but you can use the third party Squeezescrobbler plugin which is not country restricted.
If you are in UK/US/DE you need to open up a webpage and log into your Last.fm account. Then go to the Squeezenetwork web page and enter your account details there to authorise it for use via Squeezecenter (you also need to enter your account details in Squeezecenter webUI for scrobbling). -- Siduhe Who am I on 'LAST.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/siduhe)?
