Is there a problem with the support system?

I raised a support item two weeks ago now and have not been replied to.
I even updated it to move things along a week ago.

I get auto responses but that's all.

I think a recent bug fix might have taken care of my issue (I'll see
when 7.2.1 is released) but support normally do reply!
