Are you running on Windows by any chance? If so, I think the problem is caused by the fact that the Moods directory (in Windows) has moved from c:/Program Files/MusicIP to C:/Documents and Settings/[Username]/Application Data[hidden folder]/MusicIP.
Squeezecenter is only looking in the Program Files location at the moment. I will file a bug. Quick workaround is to copy the entire Moods folder from the MusicIP prefs folder in Documents and Settings (you will need to unhide the Application Data folder) to C:/Program Files/MusicIP. Then stop/start Squeezecenter and moods will be available. You will need to recopy every time you update. -- Siduhe Who am I on 'LAST.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/siduhe)?
