Look at existing code. Best place to start is the code in Slim/Plugins, as these are "sanctioned" and likely to be written cleanly. I know my code tends to snowball and get messier over time -- since this is a hobby for me and I have very limited time, making it work is a thousand times more important than keeping my code clean. Oh, and try asking these questions in the "Developers" forum. :-) -Peter -- peterw http://www.tux.org/~peterw/ free plugins: http://www.tux.org/~peterw/#slim AllQuiet BlankSaver ContextMenu FuzzyTime KitchenTimer PlayLog PowerCenter/BottleRocket SaverSwitcher SettingsManager SleepFade StatusFirst SyncOptions VolumeLock ------------------------------------------------------------------------ peterw's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2107 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=54169 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
