Some info: - Slim Devices is a five year old, privately held, California C corp headquartered in Mountain View, CA. - We have not raised venture capital, only relatively small tranches of "angel money" from customers and friends (accredited investors per SEC). - The founders are in control of the company now and for the forseeable future. - We are in great shape, and we've been in this market longer than anyone. As others have pointed out, you don't otherwise get to your fourth hardware revision. - We are not disappearing any time soon. I hope that answers most of the questions.
