Hey.

About a month ago I got this answer:
"We will forward this to our technicians and get back to you when we
have a solution to this problem."

In one of the next days I'll try to contact Asus again, but I think
their support really stinks.
As a comparison Logitech was ready with a second tier supporter after
two days :-)
