KDF did the right thing if he doesn't want to read things that don't interest him. I would think just not reading the particular thread would be the right choice but if this makes him more happy then I guess you leave the forum. Why people can't ignore a thread is beyond me. I don't leave a forum just because they have a thread about a product that means nothing to me. I read the other ones. I would have to have quite an ego to think they would alter an intire forum just because I didn't like it or agree with it.
