What are the possibility's of the sub ? Does it have a right and left rca input ? if so use any Y splitter cable or solder your own.
If it has only one rca input (intended for the sub out on HT amps etc) Then you have to think about an active filter or pre amp with active filters or similar but i'm a little clueless about that. There is digital filters/processors in every price range ? but the pro audio folks here nows much more than me. You can probably go to your local music equipment store (not your hifi dealer ) and look at some surprisingly well priced stuff from the likes of behringer who are popular among amateur artists or really expensive pro gear too.
