Sorry to hear about that. Do you get any red glow on the back side of the SB3 (I think that's the optical output)? Do you have another power supply you could use to test whether it's the power supply or the SB3 itself? (make sure is PS is the right voltage, amperage, and polarity)
If you're sure it's the SB3, contact Logitech/Slim Devices. Remember that at some point the warranty changed from 1 year to 2 years.
