Hi, I'm currently using two receivers, one controller, a Linux server (Squeezecenter 7.2.1) and one wireless access point. The receivers are both hard wired, as is the server.
I'm getting various issues with the wireless range as the access point isn't well positioned for the room that the second receiver is in. So, what I was wondering is whether bridged mode might be better and use the receivers as access points for the controller. Question is, will a controller use two receivers and switch between each one seamlessly as the controller moves from one room to another or will it only ever use one? Any help here would be much appreciated. Thanks. -- bigbill ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bigbill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19505 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55242 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
