        There are a number of programs that will transfer music
        (+photos, video) to iPODS.  In many ways, they are superior to
        iTunes for most Linux users, as you can imagine.
        
        But only Windows and the Mac will recognize the iTouch or iPhone
        when plugged into your USB.  Thus, the only way to access the
        iTouch or iPhone from Linux is via a wireless FS mount (cool,

        Again, iPod != iTouch/iPhone.  Some significant differences.
