The specified wav file doesn't exist anywhere in my music tree. However,
files like the following *do* exist:

FILE "dummy.wav" WAVE
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
  TRACK 02 AUDIO
    INDEX 01 04:50:06
  TRACK 03 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 11:29:60
  TRACK 04 AUDIO
    INDEX 01 17:31:38
  TRACK 05 AUDIO
    INDEX 01 23:46:01
  TRACK 06 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 32:09:12
  TRACK 07 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 42:06:09
  TRACK 08 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 51:55:05
  TRACK 09 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 57:20:17
  TRACK 10 AUDIO
    FLAGS PRE
    INDEX 01 66:49:11
REM FLAC__lead-in 88200
REM FLAC__lead-out 170 200041128

These files appear to be created automatically by the Slimserver when it
scans the directory containing the FLAC file (one FLAC file for an entire
CD).
