I made this nickname way back in around 2000, when I wanted to play Half-Life online I had to make a nickname, and this came up.
pichon = pigeon in spanish Calavera = skeleton in spanish I'm a fan of the Grim Fandango PC game, I like birds, and I found the pigeon-skeleton creatures in the game hilarious.
