I know about that one, it's NOT intentional but I don't have a good fix for it, yet. I feel it's a bug in Apple's view controller (have also seen it on other apps meanwhile and I can easily reproduce it - even with Apple's demo code). I think I have an idea how to work around it but it will take at least to 1.0.5 for this. Does it ALWAYS happen?
