Before I comment on the lack of QA on the 7. release... I cannot scan my music library. Apparently 7.3 decides to append the qualifier "file://" to files it is attempting to reference, which is fine if you are accessing local files, but DOES NOT WORK for network stored/mapped files. I keep all my music on a central media share, yet run SC on a different machine. All other versions have worked flawlessly... until now. Assume my music is on the M: drive. When trying to access the file, it tries file://M:/Songs...
Guys, this is obviously a rushed release that lacks any disciplined QA. I am assuming you want to get this out before the holidays, but unless I am missing something here, this is going to cause more work than it solves. Hope you can get a patch out ASAP, as this is crazy!
