You should be able to queue up all the songs in a folder
(recursively) by pressing PLAY when viewing that folder's name.
If that doesn't work, then we need to open a bug against that....

The setting only applies for albums, and even then only when the
remote is used. With the faster browse music folder, it does not
recognise grouping and adding by folder from a single song. The
description in the setting should already reflect this.
