Playlists are saved and edited from within the SqueezeCenter interface on your PC. You need to ensure that you have a playlists directory defined on the 'Basic Settings' tab of the Settings page. You also need to ensure that this directory is writeable (i.e. not set as read only). Once you have got this then it is just a mattter of arranging your chosen playlist songs on the right hand side of the normal SC interface and then clicking on the small 'Save' icon (a quaint old-fashioned floppy disk that 20th century people used I believe).
This then moves the list to the window on the left hand side and opens up a text box for you to input the name under which you want to save the list.
