iPeng generally shows the same artwork as the other user interfaces. There are a few exceptions (I've seen some artwork embedded in aac files appear only after a rescan, investigating into it) and also iPeng always shows artwork for the ALBUM in the browse menu, never artwork for a single track (if you have different artwork for different tracks in the album; this does not mean that you have to add artwork to each track, just that only one will be shown).
