I found that 7.3.1 was server-side resampling 24/96 FLAC to 320kps MP3. The 7.3.2 nightly (I got 24415) had re-written the convert.conf file to implement FLAC-FLAC resampling. Worked fine once I'd tracked down cygwin1.dll from the SoX distribution.
