Tried that and it just says bootloader V. and nothing else. can you then try to redo the firmware update (even just reloading the same firmware you already have on there). can't get to that step yet what server version have you been running, and what OS? slimserver 5.(can't remember) and then just upgraded to latest version. os =win2ksp4 turns out that I need a new microcontroller that the folks at Slim Devices are sending out in a spectacularly quick fashion. I doubt I would get that service with any other MP3/music server device company.
