I tried to order a SqueezeBox 3 (Classic) from a company called 'K&M
Elektronik AG' (http://www.kmelektronik.de/) ('Product page'
(http://www.kmelektronik.de/main_site/prod_detail/detail.php?ArtNr=17453))
on December 3rd, 2008. It was promised to be available on 2008-12-10,
and delivered immediately after. So I ordered it (prepaid) since at
that time they seemed the ones to have the fastest delivery for the
lowest price.

Unfortunately, my SqueezeBox is STILL not available, they have my money
now since 2008-12-04, and keep insisting like "yes, we know, but our
supplier (Logitech?) cannot deliver". I've heard that so often now that
I really start getting pissed. It SHOULD have been a Christmas present
to myself, since I wanted to re-arrange for Christmas and the New Year
party. No fun. Instead, I keep getting emails saying "delivery in 4-5
days", a few days later one that says "delivery in -1 to 0 days", then
weeks without response. (They told me on Dec 26 (!) that "the product
has been ORDERED (!) and will take 4-6 weeks delivery" *grrr*)

To be fair, I must say that K&M Elektronik are usually known as a
reliable supplier with fast turnaround. But if I had known that, I
could have spent the extra €*20,– and buy it through Amazon as well…

Q1: Are there delivery problems to Germany, in Germany, or to this
company?

Q2: Is the SB3 not available anymore? I couldn't find it in the
Logitech Germany online store?!

Q3: Is there an official list of German distributors/resellers so I
could pick another, more reliable one?
