No, unfortunately the Duet does not have a shuffle button (and neither does the Boom or the Boom remote). Using the Duet you have to go to Settings, then select type of Shuffle. If you use Shuffle a lot you can set the Home Menu so it has the Shuffle item on the top menu level.
