Never thought of that as I don't use them, but good point. Still, they are buried in there somewhere! I had one wayward tag that I put up with for years - Lynyrd Skynyrd was misspelled (fancy that!) on just one track. Drove me crazy. Finally I had enough and tried the hex editor trick. Lo and behold, there it was at the end of the file in an APEv2 tag! Mp3tag quickly took care of it, but I didn't think to look for it because it was so strange and is the only one of the 4813 tracks I have with an APEv2 tag. I thought along one11's lines, that it was SC and some weird not-flushing-cache thing, but really - it wasn't! -- Mark Lanctot Current: SB2, Transporter, Boom (PQP3 - late beta), SBC (early beta) Stored: Boom (PQP1 - early beta) Sold: SB3, Duet ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mark Lanctot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2071 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=59309 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
