If you are at the top of a list, and scroll up, it will hesitate briefly to indicate that you're at the top, but if you keep scrolling upward it will "break through" and take you back around to the bottom. That's one quick way to get to the All Tracks. (Not the total solution you're looking for, but it might be a useful work-around method.)
