That would be made by an Asian OEM manufacturer called "Unifive".  They
were very small and had permanent plugs specific to the country they
were sold to.

When Logitech took over, they switched to another Asian OEM, "Phihong".
These have adapter plates for the plugs that go into the wall, which
means the same power adapter worldwide, only the adapter plate
changes.

They're rated the same and are interchangeable as Sean indicates.  I
believe he tested that the new power adapters emit less EMI than the
old ones if that concerns you.
