About a week ago my duet player showed a constant blue light. I have reset the player and the controller. It seems to connect via Ethernet but then remains with a blue light and doesn't connect to my PC anymore. Just to explain that I am using a Homeplug to create an ethernet link.
I was running 7.3.2 and have upgraded to 7.3.3 but that didn't fix the problem. I have directly connected the player via Ethernet cable to the router and this seems to work. I have connected the homeplug nearer to the router (i.e. downstairs) and that seemed to work. I then moved the player and homeplug upstairs and it only shows a blue lght. The Homeplug shows an ethernet connection. The homeplug has been working for the past few months without a problem. I would love to use the Wifi connection from upstairs but that has proved to be very unreliable and that's why I had to use a Homeplug. It could possibly be the Homeplug that isn't getting a strong enough connection. Maybe something is interfering with it. Can I check this through the server software?? Or any other suggestions??
