Just fixed the same problem myself. It is a preferences issue. In Vista delete the following folder:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SqueezePlay In XP (from memory) the equivalent location is: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\SqueezePlay Hope this helps someone - it's been driving me mad for weeks!
