I too have been struggling with additional use cases for my iTouch and SC. What I have right now is really just about perfect. I suspect that there may be some features I don't use in the area of networked music (currently I use LastFM and my SC library). But today by using iPeng to select music and press the play button, thats all I need to do to control everything from any place in my house. I can turn on/off players, send different music to any one of them or sync them all, change any volume, control associated devices transparently and do this all with a super single UI.
