I wonder if this is because of the licence restrictions on Last.fm - there used to be limits on how many songs you can play by any one artist over a certain time period and these restrictions still apply to the radio functionality. However, I'm not sure how the playlist functionality is licensed - I know someone who will know however, so will ask next time I see him. I'm a massive and long time user of Last.fm, but I do worry about how it is going to step up and meet the Napster/Spotify challenge. What I love about it is the great undiscovered music it's introduced me too, but I also think it needs to develop more of an on-demand streaming aspect to compete long term - hopefully the playlist API is a step in the right direction. -- Siduhe Who am I on 'LAST.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/siduhe)?
