Server Power Control is one, for example.
Everything under "Extras" and "Settings" (Except iPeng Settings) is a
SqueezePlay menu, Years, TrackInfo and any other plugins you might have
are SqueezePlay menus.

You may not immediately note them, some differences are sublte, the
best indicator is when you see "inverted" icons in the title bar.

Anything on SqueezeNetwork is a SqueezePlay menu, SN doesn't support
the "traditional" queries iPeng uses.

Actually the SP menu system is a way to push menus to the SB Controller
(and now also iPeng) used by SC and plugins. ipeng still uses the
"traditional" queries for it's own menus since they perform better and
have more capability - the big advantage of the SP menus is, that they
are more flexible.
