I've tried this with other apps and it works fine. Pretty cool actually, except it does mean the touch can't do anything else (like remote control) while you're streaming to it. The iTouch/iPhone app is free, you need to pay for Airfoil on the source computer. Should be able to grab the audio stream from Squeezeplay and send it to the touch.
