I was going to post the same thing!  Robocopy is all you need, and it's
free (you might have to download one of MS's toolkits to get it).

Wow! They charge $30 for a GUI on top of robocopy? I'm in the wrong
business. The "script" I use to do the same thing is:

robocopy /MIR <source> <dest>
