Thank you, I will look at that now. Here is my set up. Squeezebox Classic, Current Software version, MacBookPro, 1TB World Edition NAS HD with an additional 1TB Slave Drive connected via USB 2.0 through the expansion port. The 1TB Main drive is connected via Ethernet to my FIOS Wireless G router. I am logged into the HD as the ADMIN so it should have permission to access everything.
The SlimServer sees the path to the drive and it is mapped correctly. I have let the scanner run to times now. (Overnight) For over 9 hours each time and no progress shows in the settings feature. My music library is quite large 500GB plus but should it take longer than 9 hours to scan it? Again, thank you so much for the assistance.
