When you install the downloaded msi-File on your local PC, the installer will attempt to install SlimControl on your PDA right away. If ActiveSync doesn't start, or shows no new software then: Start ActiveSync Go to your Start Menu -> SlimControl -> Install SlimControl 0.92 Now ActiveSync will upload SlimControl to your PDA.
